Victor Willis, Sr. is the youngest son of Richard Willis, Jr. and Rosie B. Willis.
He was born on October 12, 1974. He graduated from Crystal Springs High School in Crystal Springs, MS in 1993.

He is the husband of Monica Willis and the father of Victor M. Willis, Jr., Rosalyn M. Willis and Dereka D. May.

Victor plays a very active role in the church serving as a Youth Minister, former Pastor Parish Relations Committee Chairperson, Youth Coordinator, Sunday school teacher, United Methodist Men’s Secretary, and Sunday school superintendent.

In addition to his work within the church community he is also an active mentor at Crystal Springs High School and Crystal Springs Middle school.

Victor's mentor was Carl Palmer at Crystal Springs High School. He has done extensive travel by being a truck driver bringing joy and spiritual influence throughout the United Stated while on the job.
